My Story
As the founder of Thrive HR Solutions, with a background in human resources, payroll, and operations, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be for businesses to manage people, processes, and compliance all at once.
I have worked in fast-paced, complex environments where accuracy, organization, and strong employee support are critical. I have also worked in slower-paced small businesses where the culture is more relaxed and family-like. These experiences have shaped how I approach HR. I focus on real solutions, not unnecessary complexity.
I started Thrive HR Solutions to help businesses create strong HR foundations, improve processes, and support their teams in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
Experience you can rely on
With over 25 years of hands-on experience from restaurants and retail to casinos and medical facilities, I understand how business operations work. I have worked closely with leadership to develop and improve policies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
My background includes direct HR experience and payroll processing experience. I have worked in employee relations, onboarding, process and procedure writing, employee handbook creation, performance reviews, and training development and tracking. I have also worked extensively in customer service, as a front-line employee. This diverse background gives me a well-rounded understanding of how HR impacts the entire organization.
In addition, I hold an MBA, which strengthens my ability to align HR practices with overall business strategy and growth. I believe that it is essential to look at a business from a holistic standpoint in order to be successful.
